We inform you that, following the sending of your CV, STETEL S.r.l., with registered office in Via di Franco n. 9 - 57123 Livorno (LI), Italy, acquires, as Data Controller, your personal data. The latter are treated in accordance with the national and European legislation currently in force regarding the protection of personal data (EU Reg. 2016/679; Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, Legislative Decree 101/2018) and always in the compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, as well as the protection of your privacy and your rights.
The information acquired by the Data Controller is that communicated by you following the spontaneous sending of the CV through the "Work with us" section of the Stetel web site or through the publication of job advertisements on specialized sites. In detail, they include your identification and contact data (e.g. personal data, e-mail address, etc.), data relating to the training courses carried out (e.g. qualifications, training courses, etc.), data relating to experiences previous professional skills (including salary level), knowledge of foreign languages and IT skills, as well as any other information useful for evaluating the CV. If you want you can also report your Linkedin profile.
The collection may also include your photo, included in support of the professional profile, as well as your "special" data as defined in accordance with art. 9 EU Regulation 2016/679. This last category includes data relating to an ascertained condition of disability (entered to fulfill the obligations established by law no. 68/99), or relating to your state of health, maternity, etc. We invite you to indicate only the "special" data deemed indispensable in order to allow the Data Controller an adequate evaluation of your application.
The personal data present in the CV are used solely for the purpose of carrying out research, selection and evaluation of personnel. The provision of information for these purposes is optional; failure to communicate, however, makes it impossible for the Data Controller to evaluate your application and your professional profile. It is obviously understood that, in the event that personal data - special and common - that are not relevant to the purpose pursued are present in the curriculum, the Data Controller will refrain from using such information.
The processing of your common data is lawful, as it is carried out for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted on the basis of your request; a prerequisite of legitimacy for the processing of your special data is, however, the General Authorization of the Privacy Guarantor n. 1/2016 relating to the "processing of sensitive data in employment relationships", as supplemented and amended by the Provision of the Guarantor no. 146 of 5 June 2019 ("Provision containing the provisions relating to the processing of particular categories of data, pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 101/2018").
We also inform you that the processing of your data takes place by means of paper, electronic and telematic tools, at the premises of the Data Controller, by specifically authorized internal personnel.
In any case, we guarantee that the Data Controller follows the logic and methods of use of your data strictly related to the purposes identified above, and uses methods that guarantee their security and confidentiality, through the use of suitable measures to prevent the alteration, cancellation, destruction, unauthorized access or processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the collection purposes.
Your data are kept for the period necessary to carry out the selection and, in any case, no later than 24 months. The treatment can stop prematurely following your request for cancellation; the Data Controller reserves the right to delete or destroy the CV as a result of periodic internal procedures for discarding obsolete information, or if the CV contains data that does not comply with the purposes of the processing indicated above.
As aforementioned, your personal data are not, in any case, disclosed, but can be communicated to subjects who work in favor of the Data Controller and linked to it by a service supply relationship, such as freelancers and private companies that carry out activities. consultancy and / or evaluation as part of the personnel selection process, or who provide legal services, or who manage company IT networks and systems. These subjects act as data controllers, joint data controllers or data processors, specifically appointed for this purpose, and process the data only as part of the activity carried out.
Finally, we inform you that your data are not transferred to non-EU countries and, if this is necessary, the transfer will take place within the limits related to the pursuit of the purposes described and in compliance with articles 44 and s.s. EU Regulation 2016/679.
You can exercise your rights (access, updating and integration, rectification or cancellation, data portability, opposition or limitation to processing) at any time, as required by articles 15 and s.s. EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller at the e-mail address privacy@stetel.com

It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (for Italy, www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe that the processing of your personal data is contrary to the legislation in force.
